Aymos joins forces with Samthing Soweto, Sha Sha and Mas Musiq On His New Single

The multi-award-winning singer and songwriter, Aymos, has returned with a new single titled “10K Yey Nkomo”.

For his new single, he has enlisted the talents of Samthing Soweto, Sha Sha and Mas Musiq. The release of 10K Yey’nkomo comes ahead of Aymos’ forthcoming album Impilo, a project that promises to captivate audiences.

Aymos, whose musical journey began in church concerts and high school choirs, has consistently delivered hits that resonate with fans across the globe. 10K is no exception. The song beautifully captures the essence of lobola negotiations, portraying the deep cultural significance and emotional journey of a man who must gather resources to show appreciation to his partner’s family.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Aymos shared:

I am constantly grateful for the opportunity to work with such incredible talents like Something Soweto, Shasha, and Mas Musiq. The inspiration behind 10K comes from witnessing the joy and excitement in my family during lobola negotiations leading to a cultural wedding. This is the beauty of life, and that’s why my upcoming album is titled Impilo.
